LookClickPrint enables Museums of all types to market archival quality, made-to-order UltraGiclée™ (zhee-clay) reproductions of images from their collections directly to individuals and businesses worldwide. LCP has combined carefully selected inks and mediums, state-of-the-art printing technology, an ImageSecure™ storage and retrieval system, and e-commerce capability to make this possible. To participate, Museums need only provide high quality transparencies or high-resolution digital files of their images. With little to no initial cost, you can offer custom-made reproductions of your selections without maintaining a costly inventory.
The LookClickPrint system is particularly well suited for special exhibitions where merchandise is extremely popular, but for a short amount of time. LCP works with all participating institutions to develop a product line that “travels” with the exhibition. The originating museum may start with UltraGiclée™ product and/or an interactive kiosk. Reports of sold product then go on to the next venue. This not only expands your product line, but also allows you to take advantage of your attendance by offering a greater selection of images to your wider, yet temporary audience. Museum Kiosk Specialists

LCP has established an integrated profit sharing system among participating museums and collections worldwide. An interrelated network of kiosks and websites results in increased audience exposure and revenue opportunity for all participating members.

Museums can market their products through other museum websites and kiosks as well as their own. The intermediating museum receives a referral fee from LCP and the museum that owns the art. Interior designers and retail establishments can also access the LCP website to supply giclee prints to their clientele. Museums receive royalties from these sales as well.

Customers may access the digital art library via kiosks or mini-kiosks located in the museum, or through the museum website, other museum websites, and LCP’s website.

Museum shops can also purchase individual prints for immediate sale to customers. We promptly replenish sold items so inventory can be kept at a minimum.

Purchases are made on-line by credit card. Customers receive confirmation of sale and notification of shipment.

Prints are individually produced for each specific order in an LCP print shop and shipped directly to a customer’s home or office. LCP sends each museum a royalty check and a transaction summary at the end of each financial period.

For ideas on getting the most out of the LookClickPrint system for your Museum or Museum Store, call or e-mail Martha Sivertson, our Director of Business Development. She would be happy to talk about our start up program or your Corporate Art program, gift registries, Board/Volunteer recognitions and special events.
